Job summary

G8 Education Limited is seeking an experienced Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our team of qualified Early Childhood professionals. You will be passionate, dedicated, and strive to build an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5.

The role is part-time, 32 hours per week, with flexible arrangements to suit your needs. We offer above award wages, professional development, and a supportive network across 400+ centres to help you grow in your Early Childhood career.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services required.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS essential.
• Experience in an early childhood service with children aged 0–5 years.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card/DCSI clearance and First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children.
• Lead and support teaching activities in the early childhood setting.
• Collaborate with team to plan developmentally appropriate programs.

This role is Part-Time working 32 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 38children with operating hours from 7:00am - 6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
