Job summary

Community Kids Yandina Early Education Centre is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join our supportive team. You will create an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0–5 and lead best-practice early education delivery.

Our centre operates from 6:00am to 6:00pm and caters for up to 74 children. We offer above-award wages, ongoing professional development, and benefits across our G8 Education network.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services required.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS essential.
• Experience working with children aged 0–5 years preferred.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card/DCSI clearance and First Aid certification required.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 74 children with operating hours from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
