Job summary

First Grammar Ourimbah, part of G8 Education, invites a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join our supportive team. You will mentor younger educators and create an exceptional learning environment for children aged 0–5, with an emphasis on EYLF and NQS.

This part-time role offers 32 hours per week, flexible scheduling, access to professional development via Wonder.LAB, staff discounts, health and wellbeing programs, and above-award wages.

Qualifications

• Hold ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Experience working with children aged 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI clearance.
• First Aid certificate.

This role is Part-Time working 32 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 38children with operating hours from 7:00am - 6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
