Job summary

G8 Education is seeking a Diploma qualified Lead Educator for Pelicans in the Park in Queensland. You will lead learning experiences for children aged 0–5 in a supportive team, fostering an engaging learning environment.

Required ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma, EYLF/NQS understanding, Working with Children checks, First Aid, and strong communication. Benefits include Above Award wages and a 50% childcare discount.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
