Job summary

G8 Education Ltd. is recruiting for a Lead Educator at Victoria Street Children's Centre. You will lead a team to create an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0–5, within a supportive and encouraging culture.

Ideal candidates hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services, with EYLF and NQS understanding, WWCC clearance, and current First Aid certificate. Flexible working arrangements offered to suit full-time or part-time applicants.

• Proven educator experience with children 0–5 years.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance.

Victoria Street Children's Centre is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 75 children with operating hours from 7:00am - 6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
