We offer a permanent, full-time role open to Australian citizens and permanent residents, with visa sponsorship possible for suitable foreign professionals. Renumeration ranges from $80,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• You hold a Certificate IV or higher qualification in culinary arts or hospitality field.
• You are a hands-on Head Cook with minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar environment and cuisine.
• You enjoy working with your team to create and present dishes.

Responsibilities

• Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experience.
• Serve meals by assembling recipes and cooking ingredients as per the signature menu.
• Prepare ala carte items to meet guest dietary requirements.
• Ensure plating and presentation meet standards.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory and ensure in-stock items.
• Contribute ideas to menus in collaboration with Head Chef.
• Assist in hiring, training and orientation of new staff.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Support kitchen productivity and quality programs.
