Responsibilities

• Plan and create innovative menus catering to diverse tastes.
• Guide, coordinate, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Develop recipes and presentation while maintaining signature flavours.
• Plan daily menus and specials with high presentation standards.
• Quality control freshness of food and ingredients.
• Stock orders and inventory management.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure hygiene standards compliance.
