Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to teach literacy and numeracy.
• Experience planning and implementing high impact teaching strategies and evaluating learning programs.
• Experience monitoring and assessing student learning and using data to inform teaching.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals and delivery of structured programs.
• Contribute to curriculum development and school programs.
• Undertake teaching-related duties as determined by the Principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Engage in professional learning and reflective practice.
