Qualificações

• Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Certification.
• Current knowledge of Food Handling Legislation including HACCP.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Experience in menu planning and catering to modified diets.
• Ability to coordinate kitchen operations in a busy environment and lead a team.

Responsabilidades
