St Vincent’s Care Services Carseldine is seeking a passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. You will lead day-to-day production, prepare nutritious meals for residents, and contribute to engaging menu ideas in a supportive aged care setting.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Commercial cooking or Chef experience with volume cooking.
• Knowledge of all facets of food services including chill production and dining service.
• Ability to lead day-to-day production with kitchenhands.
• Understanding of food safety hygiene standards.
• Willing to undergo Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
• Willing to undergo NDIS Worker Screening Check.
