Byron Bay Hot Bread Kitchen is seeking a passionate Baker to join a busy family‑owned team in Byron Bay. Join a 24/7 operation delivering premium breads, pies, pastries and sweet treats with a focus on high volume production.

You will manage the dough lifecycle from ingredients to bake, collaborate with production staff, and uphold strict hygiene and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate III in Baking or equivalent.
• 2–3 years hands‑on experience in a commercial bakery.

Responsibilities

• Scale, mix, and monitor large dough batches.
• Hand‑mould, shape, and cut breads and rolls.
• Manage proofing times and oven temps for consistent finishes.
• Operate deck and rotary ovens with precise control.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in baking zones.
