Offshore Staff Assist is sourcing experienced bakers for an Australian client to join a fast-paced bakery operation. The role requires passion for baking, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and food safety.

Key duties include preparing a variety of bread, pastries, cakes and ensuring timely production, maintaining hygiene, monitoring inventory, and supporting recipe development. Applicants should have 5 years of bakery experience, relevant qualifications, and strong English

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional bakery experience.
• Evidence of qualifications, work history, passport, and police clearances.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes and other baked goods to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure timely production to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients and supplies.
• Develop new recipes and bakery products to enhance the range.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality outputs.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address feedback promptly.
