Job summary

Offshore Staff Assist is seeking Bakers for their client in Australia to help produce high-quality baked goods with a passion for quality and food safety. • Minimum of 5 years of professional baking experience.
• Qualifications in baking or pastry arts.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to ensure effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure the timely production of bakery items to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering of ingredients and supplies.
