Offshore Staff Assist is seeking skilled Bakers to join a production team in Australia, producing high-quality baked goods. Ideal candidates will have a passion for baking, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to food safety and quality.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of professional bakery experience, qualifications in baking or pastry arts, and the ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays. Strong English communication and physical stamina are essential.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional bakery setting.
• Qualifications in baking or pastry arts.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure the timely production of bakery items to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering of ingredients and supplies.
• Develop new recipes and bakery products to enhance the product range.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality outputs.
