Job summary

FIS is seeking an Analyst Lead, Managed Service in Australia to drive the run aspect of our managed services contracts. You will lead deliveries for a multi-tenant payments platform, coordinate with customers, business analysts, and product teams, and ensure quality solutions aligned with IT strategies.

You will guide offshore and local teams, manage production support, and own end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment, while maintaining scheme compliances and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Payment domain and card schemes knowledge and experience.
• Experience with product-based deliveries and maintenance.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role with Australian working rights.
• Strong sense of people leadership, project deliveries and technical solution designs.
• Technologies - strong C++ experience with Unix/Linux, Oracle, SQL, Perl scripting, Shell scripting and Java for UI development. Mainframe experience is desirable or learn on the spot.
• 'Can Do' attitude, initiative, ownership, accountability, multi-tasking, and a passion for learning.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with continuous learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead all deliveries and development for the payments platform within a multi-tenant managed services environment.
• Act as team lead (offshore and local) and provide production support.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements to deployment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external product teams to meet quality and timelines.
• Participate in project enhancements and ensure smooth transition to run space.
