Job summary

FIS Australasia Pty Ltd is seeking an Analyst Lead, Managed Service - Connex to lead delivery of managed services for payment processing environments. You will oversee service performance, operational stability, and continuous improvement while ensuring SLAs and regulatory requirements are met.

This role acts as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging expertise in payment switching and production support to resolve complex operational challenges and deliver strategic managed service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managed services, application support, production support or service delivery environments.
• Knowledge of payment processing systems, transaction switching platforms, and fintech operations.
• Experience with enterprise‑grade payment switches and transaction engines such as FIS Connex, ACI BASE24, or similar platforms.
• Experience with HPE NonStop, Tandem, or comparable high‑availability transaction processing platforms.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change management and SLA governance practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills in complex production environments.
• Experience managing client relationships and communicating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end managed service delivery for large-scale payment processing environments.
• Ensure achievement of service level agreements and client performance targets.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes for high availability.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and migration activities for new clients and platforms.
• Develop and present operational reviews, service reports and recommendations.
• Establish governance and QA controls across engagements.
• Lead large-scale operational programs with cross-functional impact.
• Mentor team members to foster technical excellence and ownership.
