Job summary

FIS in Sydney is seeking a Managed Services Analyst to run the payments platform, coordinating with business analysts, product teams and offshore staff to deliver high-quality managed services. You will drive analysis and design of technical solutions aligning with IT strategies and FIS standards.

You will bring 10+ years in a similar role, strong C++ and Unix/Linux skills, and experience with multi-tenant platforms, scheme compliance, and production support. A hybrid work setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in a similar role with Australian working rights.
• Payment domain and card schemes knowledge.
• Experience delivering product-based services for managed payments platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead all deliveries and development for the payments as a service platform.
• Provide production support on a rostered basis with offshore and local teams.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery from requirements to implementations.
