FIS in Australia invites an experienced Analyst Lead, Managed Service - Connex, to oversee delivery of managed services for payment processing environments. You will drive service performance, ensure SLAs and regulatory requirements, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on transaction processing and production support.

• Experience in managed services, application or production support.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and transaction switching.
• Experience supporting enterprise-grade payment switches such as FIS Connex or BASE24.
• Experience with high-availability platforms like HPE NonStop or Tandem.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end managed service delivery for large-scale payment processing environments.
• Ensure SLAs and client performance targets are met.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management to maintain high availability.
• Partner with clients, vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze service performance trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Support onboarding and migration of new managed service clients.
• Develop operational reviews, service reports, and recommendations.
• Establish QA controls and governance across engagements.
• Lead large-scale operational programs and cross-functional initiatives.
