Decagon is seeking an experienced Client-Facing Technology Leader to build and scale AI agent development for enterprise customers. You will own strategy and execution for deploying Decagon across complex environments, ensuring smooth, impactful agent builds that set the foundation for long-term customer success.

You will design and own playbooks, processes, and standards to make agent builds repeatable and scalable while leveraging AI tools, automation, and strong operational design to increase

Qualificações

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Strong operational instincts and ability to scale processes.
• Clear communicator with executives and operators.
• Highly organized and able to bring structure to ambiguity.
