Job summary

Decagon is seeking a results-oriented professional to join its Agent Development Team to architect and scale world-class AI agents for enterprise clients. You will own the strategy and execution for deploying Decagon across complex environments, ensuring smooth, impactful agent builds that deliver long-term value.

You will design playbooks, establish frameworks and standards, and partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into repeatable, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as implementations, solutions consulting, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Strong operational instincts with experience building scalable processes or playbooks.
• Clear communicator who can work effectively with executives and operators.
• Highly organized and able to bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Low ego and team-first approach; success is the team's success.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI agent builds from zero to one, driving execution, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Design agent development strategies tailored to each customer’s goals and technical environment.
• Improve speed, quality, and consistency across agent builds by identifying bottlenecks and introducing better systems, tooling, and automation.
• Lead with assertion, be data-driven, and help build the world’s highest-performing team for developing AI agents.
