Job summary

Decagon seeks a seasoned customer-facing strategist to join its Agent Strategy team. You will partner with enterprise customers to guide deployments, drive adoption, and extract value from our AI platform.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface needs, influence the roadmap, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role blends relationship management with hands-on execution in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role.
• Experience managing large customers and cross-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Good business understanding of GTM sales processes.
• Strong technical acumen; coding not required.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Agent Strategy function and its operations.
• Build partnerships and act as a strategic advisor to customers.
• Guide deployments from scoping to adoption and value realization.
• Continuously learn product features and AI industry context.
• Communicate with stakeholders from staff to C-level.
• Identify new projects to support team and customers.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to influence roadmap.
