Job summary

Decagon in Sydney is seeking a Senior Member of the Agent Strategy team to guide deployments, support adoption, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes with our AI platform.

You will work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to surface customer needs, solve challenges, and shape how our technology performs in real-world environments. This is a fast-paced role in a high-growth company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role.
• Proven experience managing large customers and driving multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills.
• Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes.
• Strong technical acumen; coding not required.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Agent Strategy function and establish operating practices at Decagon.
• Build meaningful, long-lasting partnerships with customers as their strategic advisor.
• Co-pilot customers through deployment journeys from scope to full adoption and value realization.
• Continuously learn product features and AI industry context to become an expert in best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives.
• Identify and support new projects to best assist our team and customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface improvement opportunities and influence the roadmap.
