DHL Supply Chain Australia seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Ravenhall site daily operations, driving performance, safety and service excellence for our customers. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, optimise warehouse workflows and inventory accuracy, and implement cost-effective strategies to meet revenue and service targets.

The role requires strong leadership, end-to-end 3PL logistics knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver

Qualifications

Superior knowledge and proven experience of warehouse operations in a 3PL environment.
Experience leading and managing a team across daily operations, development, and succession planning.
End-to-end knowledge of supply chain operations with focus on labour planning and cost management.

Responsibilities

Manage and control operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment and cost-effective activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customer and stakeholders both internal and external.
Maintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streams.
Ensure the customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met, and take corrective action when needed.
