Qualifications

• Experience in 3PL warehousing operations and leading teams.
• Desirable exposure to automated warehouses and systems.
• Track record in performance management and leadership.
• Strong customer relationship building and retention.
• Proficiency with a WMS system, preferably Manhattan.
• Proactive, engaging leadership to achieve team goals.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
