DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure safe, efficient service for our client sites.

You will manage, develop and grow customer relationships, supervise a committed team, and drive improvements in labour planning, cost control and service levels using the latest technology. This 2-year max term contract offers exposure to multi-site operations and a focus on continuous improvement and safety.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience within Supply Chain/Logistics.
• 3+ years' managing teams with strong leadership.
• Experience with WMS SAP or Manhattan systems.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead process improvements and cost management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment coupled with cost effective operational activities
• Ensuring Customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customer and stakeholders, both internal and external
• Maintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streams
• Ensure customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met and correct action is taken to rectify
