Qualifications

• Superior knowledge and proven experience of warehouse operations within a 3PL environment.
• Experience in leading and managing a team across daily operations, development, and succession planning.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, cost-effective activities and service levels.
• Drive customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery and performance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders internal and external.
• Maintain location and inventory accuracy and improve productivity streams.
• Ensure the customer’s annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels is met.
