Job summary

Frmstaff is seeking a seasoned Operations Supervisor/Manager to lead a warehouse team in a Sydney-based 3PL. You will drive service excellence by ensuring DIFOT targets are met, optimizing productivity, and maintaining budgetary control.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and close collaboration with sales for growth. You will champion health and safety, oversee inventory accuracy, and implement efficient processes using a top-tier WMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a 3PL facility.
• Experience in a Supervisor or Manager role within 3PL warehousing.
• Expert level of WMS system.
• Demonstrate strong experience in inventory management.
• Superior customer service mentality.
• Approachable and supportive leader.
• Sense of urgency and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multitask and manage safety.
• Full permanent Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage team members in the warehouse in line with company policies and processes.
• Meet customer service agreements with 100% DIFOT.
• Monitor activity to maintain productivity levels.
• Measure and report financial and budgetary aspects of the site.
• Ensure client inventory stored and picked in line with best practices.
• Provide on going training and professional development to the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer focused logistics solutions.
• Engage with operational and sales teams to maximise business growth.
• Identify risks and take corrective action.
• Report and maintain all incidents.
• Lead toolbox talks and H&S meetings; promote safe behaviour.
