Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or logistics preferred.

• Experience with ERP/CRM/order management systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate freight bookings, courier services, and transport logistics.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Partner with Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, pricing, and delivery information.
• Support invoicing, reporting, and administrative activities.
• Assist in resolving customer, inventory, and delivery-related issues.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment that values continuous improvement and excellent service.
