Job summary

Compnow is seeking an IT Services Coordinator to oversee end-to-end coordination of customer technology lifecycle services. You will track requests, logistics, device movements, asset records, reporting and stakeholder communication to deliver a consistent customer experience.

You will coordinate lifecycle services logistics, manage requests against SLAs, and work with warehouse and customer-facing teams to meet requirements, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, customer service, operations, logistics or administration.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience within technology, IT asset management or lifecycle services would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Lifecycle Services logistics activities from request through to completion.
• Manage open requests in line with service level agreements and own them through to completion.
• Coordinate device deployments and returns, including customer and internal communication.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics and customer-facing teams to coordinate requirements.
• Provide clear and timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
