Job summary

Lantern Club, part of Mingara Leisure Group, seeks a Hospitality Attendant for part-time, permanent work across Bar, Gaming and Concierge. You’ll join a team delivering memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting, with RSA/RCG requirements and a genuine passion for service.

Flexibility to cover trading hours (10am–4am), weekends and public holidays is essential, with strong community spirit and growth opportunities in hospitality. Perks include above award wages and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Current NSW RSA and RCG competency cards.
• Current Advanced RCG or willingness to obtain.
• Flexibility to work across the Club’s trading hours (10am-4am) including late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
