Job summary

Lantern Club is part of Mingara Leisure Group and offers a rare permanent part-time hospitality role with paid leave entitlements and guaranteed hours. You’ll work front of house across Bar, Gaming and Concierge, delivering memorable moments in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed, you need NSW RSA and RCG competency, Advanced RCG or willingness to obtain it, and flexibility to cover trading hours (10am–4am), including late evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency card required.
• Advanced RCG certification or willingness to obtain.
• Flexibility to work across the Club’s trading hours (10am-4am) including late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A genuine passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Front of house teamwork across Bar, Gaming and Concierge departments.
• Create memorable moments for guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Support operations with flexible hours and guest-focused service.
