Job summary

Intertek Envirolab is seeking a client service and sales–focused team member to be the main contact for clients, prepare quotes, manage sample dispatch and coordinate deliveries. The role requires independent work, interest in scientific laboratory operations, and the ability to juggle priorities while delivering great service.

You will handle client communication, guide on testing services, preserve samples, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in client service and sales roles.
• Experience using CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Science qualification or laboratory operations background preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for clients; prepare and follow up on quotes.
• Manage client calls and emails; advise on testing services and requirements.
• Assemble, label and prepare sample bottle packs with preservation chemicals.
• Arrange sample pickup and delivery; own vehicle required.
• Receive, package and send samples to Sydney, Melbourne and Perth labs.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain CRM records.
• Support general office administration tasks as required.
