Job summary

Department of Government Services in Melbourne seeks a Learning and Development Adviser to oversee VicGov People SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration, support the Performance module, and design and review L&D programs across DGS and customer departments.

You will lead data-driven learning initiatives, promote LinkedIn Learning pathways, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery of training.

Qualifications

• Experience administering the SAP SuccessFactors LMS back end.
• Strong stakeholder communication and training delivery skills.
• Attention to data accuracy and reporting trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of VicGov People (SAP SuccessFactors) LMS.
• Provide support via Salesforce on learning and development queries.
• Develop and promote LinkedIn Learning pathways and integrate content.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across DGS and customer departments.
