Job summary

Berry Street seeks an experienced Lead Learning Systems & Compliance to drive governance, data integrity and reporting across the organisation’s learning landscape. You will own the LMS, ensure compliance training is tracked for audits and deliver executive insights using Power BI.

In this role you will optimise learning data flows, run analytics for risk mitigation and support workforce capability with proactive governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (Litmos) and LMS governance.
• Strong data reporting using Power BI.
• Advanced Excel data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience identifying training needs from data and stakeholder input.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the Learning Management System, including configuration and performance.
• Lead compliance training governance and audit-ready tracking.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across LMS and connected systems.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights (Power BI) to support compliance decisions.
• Maintain Training Needs Analysis and inform learning priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement of learning systems and processes.
