Job summary

Transgrid is seeking an LMS & Data Administrator to own the day-to-day administration, oversight and optimisation of our learning systems and data. Based in Sydney within the People and Culture team, you’ll ensure learning information is accurate, accessible and audit-ready across the organisation.

You’ll bring LMS administration, strong data reporting and Power BI skills to drive governance, compliance and workforce capability insights, partnering with stakeholders to improve learning outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience administering a Learning Management System or enterprise platform.
• Strong data management, analytics and reporting capabilities with Excel.
• Experience using Power BI to create dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS, including users, profiles, permissions and workflows.
• Maintain accurate learning, compliance and workforce records and produce reports.
• Analyse learning data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, testing and issue resolution with vendors and teams.
• Strengthen learning data governance and audit readiness.
• Support integrations between the LMS and HR systems.
