Thinka, a leading learning and development partner in Australia, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to oversee corporate programs from kickoff to close-out.
You will coordinate with clients, facilitators and the Thinka team, ensuring delivery-ready programs, timely communications and data-driven insights. A fast-paced, autonomous role with strong tech and project skills awaits.

This is an ongoing, full-time role coordinating modern corporate learning programs from project commencement through to delivery and close-out.
The role sits at the intersection of client partnership, project coordination, learning operations and data. You’ll bring together clients, participants, facilitators, producers and the Thinka team to ensure every program is organised, delivery-ready and running as planned.

You’ll own the day-to-day coordination of assigned learning programs, working directly with our clients, internal team and network of facilitators, producers and other contractors.
This includes:
Leading the operational side of project kick-offs and building project plans that map tasks, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and resourcing
Managing timelines, deliverables and risks while keeping Monday.com, Client Central and other project records accurate and current
Acting as a key contact for clients and coordinating the availability, scheduling and briefing of facilitators, producers and other delivery partners
Ensuring workshops are delivery-ready, including participant communications, links, materials, data and logistics
Responding quickly to time-critical delivery issues and helping clients or delivery partners reach a practical solution
Maintaining and analysing project, participant and evaluation data to identify insights and evidence of program success
Communicating client updates, priorities, deliverables and concerns clearly across the Thinka team
Improving unclear or inefficient processes by developing practical approaches that can be used again
You’ll be the final operational checkpoint for many of the details that affect our clients and learners. You’ll need to work quickly, notice when something isn’t right and resolve issues without holding up delivery.
Has experience coordinating corporate learning and development programs, workshops or capability initiatives
Understands how communications, sessions, resources, participant touchpoints and evaluation come together to create a successful learning program
Is highly tech-savvy, learns new systems quickly and is confident working with digital platforms and data
Combines strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and manage competing priorities
Can think on their feet, remain calm and make sensible decisions when a time-critical issue arises
Communicates confidently with clients, delivery partners and internal team members
Can maintain accurate data, interpret program results and communicate useful insights
Can work autonomously through ambiguity, improve inefficient processes and create repeatable ways of working
You might currently work in an internal L&D team, a learning consultancy, a training provider or another organisation that coordinates corporate programs across multiple cohorts, facilitators or locations.
Have experience using Monday.com, SharePoint and Canva
Have experience maintaining and analysing learning evaluation data
Have experience with corporate clients across sectors such as retail, construction, manufacturing, finance, government, healthcare or technology
Are Bendigo based or willing to regularly attend Thinka’s Bendigo office
