Job summary

VetPartners is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll coordinate programs, manage the EL MO LMS, and craft digital content to enhance learning experiences.

You’ll work with Canva/Runway/Whatfix/Synthesia to develop engaging resources, support program design, and produce insights to improve learner outcomes in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HR Coordination.
• Qualifications in Graphic design, Learning & Development, Education or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (ELMO experience highly regarded).
• Proficient at using Microsoft Office, and digital content creation tools such as Canva.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of learning programs, workshops, webinars and leadership development initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (ELMO), including course creation, learner enrolments, reporting and system administration.
• Create engaging learning resources using Canva, Runway, Whatfix and Synthesia.
• Support the design and continuous improvement of digital, blended, and face-to-face learning experiences.
• Produce learning reports and insights to measure participation, compliance and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate training logistics, communications, calendars and stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop and update learning content.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, resources and the overall learner experience.
• Provide administrative support across Learning & Development projects and initiatives.
