Job summary

Torrens University Australia is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Advisor to design, coordinate and deliver learning initiatives across Torrens Global Education. Working with the Head of Talent and HR, you will foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

You will coordinate training programs, deliver engaging virtual sessions, create learning resources, and manage LMS activities. You will collaborate with SEI and stakeholders to evaluate impact and drive development

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and delivering training or employee development initiatives.
• Ability to facilitate training for large groups, online or virtually.
• Strong stakeholder support and customer service focus.
• Proficient with common learning technologies and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs with HR and design suitable programs.
• Organise and schedule training sessions, including virtual arrangements and registrations.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and prepare facilitators as needed.
• Develop presentations, handouts and multimedia resources for learning.
• Manage LMS activities with HRIS/Workday experience.
