Job summary

Torrens University Australia – Surry Hills NSW is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Advisor to design, coordinate and deliver learning initiatives across Torrens Global Education. You will work with the Head of Talent and HR colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

You will organise training programs, facilitate engaging virtual sessions, create practical learning resources, and support employees in accessing development

Qualifications

• A learning and development professional with experience coordinating and delivering training or employee development initiatives.
• Experience facilitating training for large groups, online or virtual environments.
• Program coordination or administration with strong customer service and stakeholder support focus.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs with HR to develop suitable programs and create learning assets.
• Organise and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars with communications and registrations.
• Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions and prepare facilitators when needed.
• Develop and update presentations, handouts, multimedia content, and resources.
• Collaborate with HRIS to manage learning activity in the LMS.
