Job summary

Liebherr-Australia is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design modern, engaging learning experiences across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with leaders and People Partners, consult stakeholders on capability gaps, and deliver blended learning solutions including digital learning, workshops and on-the-job resources.

You will also manage the LMS, drive continuous improvement, and coach leaders to strengthen learning transfer across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, HR, Education or equivalent
• Proven experience designing and delivering workplace learning solutions
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience consulting with stakeholders to diagnose capability needs and recommend solutions
• Experience managing learning initiatives from scoping through to evaluation
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Experience with LMS and learning administration
• A passion for continuous improvement and innovative learning approaches

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and People Partners to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities
• Consult with stakeholders to recommend effective learning and development solutions
• Design engaging learning programs using contemporary instructional design principles
• Develop blended learning solutions including digital learning, microlearning, workshops, toolkits and on-the-job resources
• Build practical development pathways that support employee growth and career progression
• Coach leaders to strengthen learning transfer and development conversations within their teams
• Manage external training providers and evaluate learning effectiveness
• Support and administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Deliver reporting and insights on learning engagement, capability development and compliance requirements
• Contribute to capability frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives across the business
