Job summary

Torrens University Australia is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Advisor to design, coordinate and deliver learning initiatives across Torrens Global Education. You’ll work with the Head of Talent and HR colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing while coordinating programs and resources.

This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid flexibility, with the option to work from home or on campus in Sydney or Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in psychology, human resources or related field; Certificate IV in Training and Assessment advantageous.
• Experience coordinating and delivering training or employee development initiatives.
• Experience facilitating training for large groups, online or virtual.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder support focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Teams; advanced virtual meeting skills (Teams/Zoom).
• Workday LMS experience is preferred.
• Confident communicator and presenter; able to collaborate across ANZ and US teams.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs with HR and develop suitable programs.
• Organise and schedule training sessions, workshops and seminars with communications and registrations.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, predominantly online, and prepare facilitators where required.
• Develop and update presentations, handouts, multimedia content and resources.
• Work with HRIS to manage learning activity in the LMS.
