Job summary

JCDecaux Australia is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to build organisational capability, design, deliver and evaluate learning programs, and ensure staff have access to targeted resources.

With at least 2 years in design, assessment and facilitation, you’ll manage LMS content, curate digital resources, and coordinate events, partnering with stakeholders to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in design, assessment and facilitation, including e-Learning design and creation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing companywide L&D programs.
• Own and manage learning content for digital library and resources.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external L&D activities.
• Provide first-line support for learning needs and solutions.
• Organise annual calendar of learning events.
