Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a collaborative Learning & Development Advisor to drive internal programs that build capability across the business. You will manage end-to-end delivery, partner with stakeholders to uncover capability gaps, and design engaging learning solutions to champion a culture of continuous growth.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) is required.
• Experience facilitating learning programs and workshops.
• Experience in learning and development, training or organisational capability roles.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Hands-on experience administering learning systems and training records.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging professional development programs across classroom, virtual, and blended environments for learners and managers to apply in the workplace.
• Design, develop, and maintain learning materials (workbooks, facilitator guides, presentations) using Microsoft 365; review programs for content relevance.
• Analyse training needs with stakeholders, evaluate courses, and recommend targeted learning solutions.
• Manage end-to-end course administration: scheduling, enrolments, logistics, attendance, certification, and cost allocation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to promote learning opportunities and guide employees and managers on development.
• Track learning metrics and completion rates to generate insights and continuously optimise programs and systems.
