Job summary

JCDecaux North America is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to help build organisational capability by designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs across the business.

You'll own the creation of e-learning content, manage the digital learning library, and coordinate L&D activities with strong stakeholder engagement. The role requires 2+ years in design, assessment and facilitation, with experience in LMS platforms and content authoring tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in design, assessment and facilitation of learning solutions including e-Learning design.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning solutions and programs.
• Proficient with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.
• Strong organisational and attention to detail.
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Design companywide and function-specific learning programs (e-Learning, face-to-face).
• Own learning content to drive access to resources (digital library, articles, videos, guides).
• Design and manage e-learning content (Chameleon Creator).
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external learning activities and events.
