Job summary

Green by Nature in Mascot (Sydney) is seeking a passionate Learning & Capability Advisor to shape learning systems and programs across the business. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Head of Organisational Development with flexible working options.

You will configure and optimise the LMS, build learning journeys and curricula, and work with internal experts and external providers to develop digital content. Strong stakeholder management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, HR or Organisational Development.
• Experience designing learning pathways and capability solutions.
• Experience implementing initiatives across dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Build learning journeys, curricula, audiences, workflows and reporting.
• Develop fit-for-purpose digital learning content with SMEs and providers.
• Educate employees and leaders to use learning systems effectively.
• Support frontline technical and leadership capability development.
• Create and maintain skills matrices and capability frameworks.
• Coordinate learning programs across the business and regions.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual learning sessions.
• Collaborate with Australia and New Zealand L&D teams.
