Job summary

Ausgrid is seeking an L&D Partner to partner with leaders to design and deliver learning experiences across technical training, eLearning and multimedia content. You’ll shape how learning is designed, delivered and experienced, covering workshops, videos and digital resources to support safety, compliance and performance.

You’ll bring tertiary qualifications in Learning and Development, strong technical training background, and advanced eLearning skills (Articulate 360).

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent practical experience.
Strong background in technical training across relevant sectors.
Proven experience designing and developing practical, high-impact learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop learning experiences across multiple formats (workshops, eLearning, videos, digital resources).
Collaborate with leaders to identify capability gaps and co-design solutions.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and use insights to improve programs and learner experience.
