Job summary

Adelaide University is seeking a Knowledge and Compliance Officer to support Colleges and Portfolios in embedding compliant pay and entitlement practices. You will deliver local education, training and awareness activities, provide guidance to managers and staff, and support the adoption of compliant practices.

You will maintain knowledge resources, including guidance materials and FAQs, and elevate matters to subject matter experts where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, learning support, compliance coordination or knowledge management.
• Delivering training and education activities and evaluating effectiveness through learner engagement.
• Managing multiple initiatives and delivering outcomes within timeframes.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Embed compliant pay and entitlement practices across Colleges and Portfolios.
• Deliver local education, training and awareness activities.
• Provide guidance to managers and staff.
• Maintain accurate knowledge resources, FAQs and articles.
• Manage and triage enquiries and elevate to subject matter experts when needed.
• Support compliance tracking, reporting and document governance.
