The University of Adelaide invites applications for a Knowledge and Compliance Officer in the Pay Accuracy and Entitlement Program, based in City West. Responsibilities

  • Deliver local education, training and awareness activities.
  • Provide guidance to managers and staff on pay entitlements.
  • Support adoption of compliant practices across the university.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge resources, FAQs and knowledge articles.
  • Manage and triage enquiries, escalating to subject matter experts when required.
  • Support compliance tracking, reporting and document governance.
  • Collaborate with Colleges and Portfolios within Pay Accuracy and Entitlement Program.

Work that matters

As the Knowledge and Compliance Officer, you will support Colleges and Portfolios to embed consistent and compliant pay and entitlement practices across Adelaide University. Reporting to the Change Specialist, you will deliver local education, training and awareness activities, provide guidance to managers and staff, and support the adoption of compliant practices. You will maintain accurate and accessible knowledge resources, including guidance materials, FAQs and knowledge articles, manage and triage enquiries, and elevate matters to subject matter experts where required. You will also support compliance tracking, reporting and document governance to monitor training, engagement and ongoing compliance.

Experience

  • In administration, learning support, compliance coordination or knowledge management
  • Delivering training and education activities and evaluating their effectiveness through learner engagement and knowledge transfer measures
  • Managing multiple initiatives and delivering outcomes within established timeframes.
  • Proven ability to apply strong attention to detail and manage documentation accurately
  • Use of Microsoft 365 tools to support coordination, tracking and reporting activities.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and work to deadlines
