Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and 3-compartment sink.Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables, rotate stock and ensure clean wares are stored properly.
• Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items; send soiled items for re-washing; break down bus tubs and dispose of waste.
