Job summary

The Point Hotel in Brisbane seeks a Kitchen Steward to keep a clean, safe back-of-house, and to support the kitchen team during service. You’ll handle dishwashing, equipment cleaning and keep the prep area tidy.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar role; hotel experience is highly regarded. On-site parking, supplied uniforms and discounted duty meals are provided. The role offers a flexible work‑life balance and access to the Employee Assistant Program.

Job description

As a Kitchen Steward, you’ll help keep our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean, safe and organised back-of-house areas. Your duties will include dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment and appliances, and supporting the kitchen team during service.

Experience required:
